History
John Gabler is an award-winning craftsman who specialises in designing and making contemporary furniture using traditional wood working skills. John gained his degree at the University of Tasmania, under the tutelage of master craftsman Neil Erasmus.
John’s work is influenced by his training in a broad range of woodworking fields in America, Australia and the UK, including his interest in furniture from the 1920’s through to the 1970’s. All Gabler Furniture is carefully designed and handcrafted, whether it is a bespoke piece designed for a specific client or a piece from the Gabler collection. Each piece is signed with the Gabler Furniture Logo ensuring quality.
